Can i drive with the sides rolled up?

Yes! in 2024 we upgraded the magnets used in the straps that hold up the sides of the cap to allow users to drive with the sides rolled up.

We currently do not offer phone support - instead, we offer prompt email support and live chat. We do this for a few reasons, which we're happy to share here. Firstly, when we used to offer phone support, these queries represented a relatively small number of enquiries but they could be quite time-consuming. What tools do I need to install?

As a general guide for the majority of our products you will require a drill, pop rivet gun, 4mm drill bit, pencil and tape measure, however this may vary with different models. For exact requirements, see the fitting instructions available on each product page.

How do I correctly close my tailgate with the WildTop Installed?

Key Steps for Proper Tailgate Closure With WildTop Cover Installed:
We’d like to share the correct method for opening your tailgate and ensuring the long-lasting durability and waterproof performance of your cover.

1. Unzip the canvas and lift it up out of the way before opening the tailgate. You can either roll it up and secure it using the provided straps or unzip it enough so it won’t get caught in the tailgate.
2. Carefully close the tailgate, ensuring the canvas is not obstructing the closure.
3. Rezip the canvas after closing the tailgate to create a tight, waterproof seal.

To maintain the waterproof rating of your WildTop canvas cover, it’s essential that the cover drapes down past the top edge of the tailgate. By following these simple steps, you’ll ensure no damage comes to your WildTop and that your cargo remains protected from the elements.

We offer free priority shipping to all 50 USA states. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 5 business days after your payment has been cleared. Please note our products are shipped from Victoria, Australia and will be shipped via priority air freight and therefore delivery can take between 4 to 6 business days, depending upon your location.

If you live in a remote area and have not received your item within 10 business days please contact us via email (info@wild-top.com) or via our online chat.

What is your returns policy?

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date you receive your order. You can return the product to us as long as it is in its original condition, complete with its fitting kit. We may ask you why you want to return it as your feedback will allow us to further improve our systems and processes.

How long until I get my money back after I have returned an item?

We will issue your refund after we have received the item back into our warehouse.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

We offer a 2 year warranty against manufacturing and material faults under normal use. Under this warranty, if a product is wrongly described, faulty or damaged, you may choose between a replacement or refund. Under these circumstances WildTop will pay all of the return freight charges. This does not cover damaged items resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, accident, damage in transit. Please note that items will need to be returned in their original condition in terms of both the product and its packaging.
