Dispatch & Delivery Times
All of our canvas and rack materials are in stock and typically ship within 3 business days after payment has cleared. During peak periods, slight delays may occur — please refer to the estimated delivery times below for your specific product.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery online.
Orders ship from our Australian warehouse, and transit times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method. However, most deliveries arrive within 4 to 12 business days, with the average being around 5 business days, thanks to our fast and reliable couriers.
Important Notes
PO Box & Parcel Lockers
Due to the size of our products, our couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a residential or business street address for all deliveries.
Christmas Closure
Our warehouse closes a few days before Christmas and reopens in the first week of January each year. Orders placed during this period will be processed once we return.

The 3-Week Delivery Promise excludes Christmas closure periods, public holidays, and weekends. Delivery time is calculated from the next business day. For example, orders placed after 5pm on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. This offer applies only to customers within the Continental U.S.
